Mr. Eric Holmes serves as President/Owner of Holmes Property & Management LLC. His vast array of knowledge comes from years of experience with Crye-Leike Realty and Bowden Builders Corporation.

At Crye-Leike Realtors, Mr. Holmes developed a host or new marketing, public relations and advertising strategies that significantly developed new referral sources. He was involved in property management and rental tenant negotiations’ and met directly with the property owners and executives to develop marketing strategies. His use of sales, marketing and leadership skills helped to build momentum for Holmes Property & Management.

As a Sales Executive at Bowden Builders Corporations, Eric Holmes coordinated the real estate sales and activities for one of the largest Memphis home builders with demonstrated revenue growth of $1.2 Million. It was with Bowden Builders that Mr. Holmes was named “Salesperson of the Month” five times, driving annual revenue to $3 Million in sales. As a result of his excellent sales skills, he went on to train other members in the organization on his techniques and process in the other six sub division of Bowden.

Mr. Holmes participate in the Mid-South Mud Run 5k challenge for the Navy-Marine Corp Relief Society Fund Drive which consist of hills, tire obstacles, water crossings, walls with mud on both sides, tunnel crawl and more. Mr. Holmes also participates in the bike MS race which is National Multiple Sclerosis Society. This is a 2 day 150 miles bike ride, 75 miles each day.
